Gift of Go LLC (“Gift of Go,” “GOGO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates thegiftofgo.com, including its website forms, email signup, and reservation page, collectively referred to as the “Site.”

This Notice explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site. It does not fully describe sensitive traveler information requested after a booking, such as passport, insurance, health, activity-readiness, or emergency-contact information. Additional privacy information may be provided when those records are requested.

Please do not submit sensitive or confidential records through the Site’s general inquiry or contact forms.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

When you contact us, subscribe to our emails, or submit a reservation, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, general location, trip interests, preferred dates, number of travelers, messages, subscription choices, and reservation or transaction information.

Card payments are processed through Stripe. GOGO may receive confirmation and limited transaction information from Stripe.

When you browse the Site, we and the providers supporting it may automatically collect information such as your Internet Protocol address, browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the Site.

We use this information to operate and protect the Site, respond to inquiries, communicate with prospective travelers, manage reservations and payments, send emails requested by subscribers, improve the Site, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

2. Cookies and Online Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that help it function and may use optional analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the Site.

You may manage optional cookies through the Site’s cookie settings and your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site work.

The Site does not currently respond separately to browser “Do Not Track” signals. GOGO does not sell personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. How We Disclose Information

We disclose the information described above only as reasonably necessary to providers supporting website hosting, forms, email communications, analytics, payment processing, security, technical support, and professional services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect GOGO or others, or in connection with a lawful sale, restructuring, or transfer of the business.

When you use an external website or service linked from the Site, that provider’s own privacy notice applies.

4. Retention and Security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution requirements.

For example, subscription information may be kept until you unsubscribe, while reservation and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link included in each email and may change your optional cookie preferences through the Site.

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses of it.

Requests may be sent to info@thegiftofgo.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. Where applicable, you may appeal a decision concerning your request by replying to our response.

6. Children and International Processing

The Site’s public inquiry, subscription, and reservation forms are intended to be completed by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly through the public Site from children under 13.

A parent or legal guardian may provide information concerning a minor traveler as part of a confirmed family booking. Additional privacy information may be provided during that process.

Gift of Go LLC is organized in the United States, and GOGO operates in Brazil. Personal information may therefore be processed in the United States, Brazil, or other countries where our service providers operate.

7. Changes and Contact Information

We may update this Notice when our Site, practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised date.
