Our Trips (2026–27)
Welcome to the Story of Brazil
Between 2018 and 2025, we spent over a thousand days walking the lost trails, tracing obscure historical accounts, and getting to know the little-visited settlements of Brazil’s Serra do Espinhaço.
What we found was the living story of a place unlike any other.
There are three ways to step inside.
-

Expeditions
2–8 Travelers | 12–28 Days
Long-form treks and traverses in the Espinhaço, built from years of exploration in the range and guided just once each year. Days on the trail, evenings in small communities, and a crossing that settles in as it goes.
-

Journeys
Solo Traveler | 14+ Days
Solo crossings led by Elisa and I, shaped in the field with crew and local elders. There’s no fixed itinerary on these trips. Just you, a full crew, and the range. For the right traveler, there’s nothing quite like them.
-

Bespoke
1–8+ Travelers | 5+ Days
Private expeditions for families, friends, and solo travelers who want to move through the range on their own terms, on their own dates. Draw from the same original routes that shape our Expeditions, or head somewhere new.
